Transpay has a robust compliance program, with licenses in almost every U.S. state and 70+ jurisdictions internationally.

United States: Transfast is registered as a Money Transfer Business with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and licensed as a money transmitter in 37 U.S. states.

Canada: Transfast is licensed by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Center of Canada (FINTRAC) in 6 Canadian Provinces.

European Union and Great Britain: Transfast holds license from the European Union and the Financial Services Association (FSA) as an authorized payment institution. Transfast is also licensed by HM Customs and Excise (MLR) in Great Britain.

India: The Central Bank of India authorizes Transfast subsidiaries IGMT and GFE to operate as a money transmitter. Transfast is one of only a select few that owns its India Remittance License.

Philippines: Transfast is licensed as a Money Services Business by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)

Depending on a the structure of your internal systems, a typical API integration may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, while an FTP connection may take up to 2 weeks. During the integration process, clients are assigned to a dedicated integration specialist who works closely with you and your development team. Customized training is also available. 

 

Once integrated, REST API clients can bypass further integration, even as additional countries are added to Transpay’s Global Proprietary Network.

Transpay uses a tiered pricing structure based on the number of monthly payouts a company sends coupled with average transaction amounts. Our pricing is individualized to the specific needs of our clients. To inquire about pricing, please submit a request through our Contact Page.

Transpay provides clients easy settlements straight into a designated trust account in the USD. Clients simply need to prefund this account for Transpay to process payouts. Depending on eligibility, we may be able to extend credit limits to some clients. We also allow funding in GBP, EURO, and CAD depending on your needs and business model.

Yes, both our REST API and Web Platform provides live FX rates for all countries and currencies within our Global Proprietary Network. We manage our own treasury operation and are able to send transactions at competitive rates.
